My partner and I checked into the hotel on June 19th, and we were given a very small room in which we could barely move. The wardrobe door couldn’t even open because it was pressed right up against the bed, leaving no space at all.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi stopped working in the evening and remained down until 10 AM today. When I approached the reception to report the issue, unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn’t speak English and did not understand what I was saying.
The bed was also extremel uncomfortable – it was a spring mattress that made loud squeaking noises with even the slightest movement. Because of this, we couldn’t sleep all night and both of us are now suffering from severe back pain.
We are very disappointed because you advertised this hotel and recommended it to your customers without having accurate information about its facilities and services.
Moreover, the hotel listing stated that laundry service was available. However, when I asked about it upon arrival, I was told that there was no laundry service at all.
I have a serious complaint about the hotel you recommended to us, and I kindly request a full refund. Please note that we have already checked out of the hotel.
