Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
I’m giving this hotel three stars only because of the beautiful view. It was really nice to have breakfast while enjoying the stunning scenery, and our room also had a lovely view and a good location.
However, the rooms are quite small — we had two suitcases and it was almost impossible to open them comfortably.
What really disappointed me was the bed situation. There was no proper fitted sheet, just two separate sheets put together, and they kept coming apart during the night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the mattress underneath didn’t look very new or clean. As someone who really values cleanliness and hygiene, I felt very uncomfortable.
We even thought about checking out after the first night and booking another hotel, but we simply didn’t have time to move. So we had to stay for the second night.
Another issue was the bathroom — from the very first day the bathtub drain was clogged. As soon as I started taking a shower, the water began to rise and didn’t drain properly. Also, the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better — there was visible mold.
