Im großen und ganzen war es okey.. Sauberkeit lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig, das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellent location 5 mins walk from Sirkeci Tram station. Very nice buffet breakfast included. Internet wifi working well. Excellent and considerate staff. Really bargain for a city center hotel, excellent value for money. Unfortunately despite booking a three-bed room, we were given a double room with an extra bed. Some leak in bathroom sink tubes which was not fixed despite our request.

The hotel reservation Staff not gave us room in Best town hotel where our room was booked and put us in an other hotel near their hotel. That hotel was below standard. Our booking was prepaid and non refundable and we were very much tired from journey therefore we accepted that small, ugly and useless room, We strongly protest Hotels.com with this drama of reward points and free nights.

Sehr Zentral super Verbindung nach Sultan Ahmet

Sehr Zentral man ist schnell in Dultan Ahmet und in Eminönü. Zur Ägyptischen bazar und Grand Bazar . Sehr freundlich hilfsbereit sind die im Hotel gehen auf alle Bedürfnisse ein. Immer wieder gerne . Danke an alle .

Восточная сказка.

Отель маленький, но очень уютный, отлично расположен, все в шаговой доступности, но в то же время достаточно спокойная улочка. Очень хорошо погружаешься в атмосферу загадочного востока. В пяти минутах от остановки трамвая и ж/д вокзала. Очень просто добираться в любой район города. Можно было бы чуть-чуть разнообразить завтраки. Не очень удобно расположена душевая кабина (неудобно выходить). Удобные кровати. Приветливый персонал. Отдых получился отличным.

Zimmer viel kleiner als im Angebot angegeben, Bad mit Schimmel, Frühstück war nicht "kontinental", es gab kein Obst, Hörnchen usw. sondern eingelegte Oliven und Schafskäse, fette Wurst, Mayonnaise Salate. Also Dinge die wir eher zu Abend essen. Zimmer sauber geputzt. Hotelmanager überheblich und für Reklamationen unzugänglich.

Vorsicht Zimmergröße falsch angegeben!

Putzfrau hat einwandfrei gearbeitet, jedoch starker Schimmel im Bad. Zimmer zum Hof: Aussicht auf Innenhof mit Ratten. Zimmer zur Strasse: viel zu laut die ganze Nacht. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, sauber aber weniger als 50% der angegebenen Größe. Service-Personal war bei Reklamation völlig uneinsichtig und die Mängel wurden weder bearbeitet noch beseitigt.

Svært bra beliggenhet

Hotellet har en svært god beliggenhet, midt i gamle Istanbul, med gåavstand til mange av byens mest populære severdigheter. Også en rekke serveringssteder av god kvalitet like i nærheten. Servicen er helt ok, men heller ikke noe mer. Vi fikk noe kluss med regningen da vi skulle sjekke ut, da første døgn var betalt ved ankomst, noe som ikke var registrert i systemet. Dermed ble det mye frem og tilbake da vi skulle betale sluttregningen, men vi fikk forhåpentligvis ordnet opp etter hvert.

не плохо, но есть лучше

Замечательное расположение, номер не очень маленький, но не хватает какого-то уюта. Мененджемент отеля очень "сухой" , не привычно для турецкого общительного народа, вид отеля со старыми и не живыми цветами не очень хорош и холл хотелось бы видеть более уютным .

NEVER again!

After many emails with hotel regarding my reservation, I arrived after traveling for 20 hours to find out they did not have a room available. They were able to give us a room for that night,( at a much higher rate) but then I had to find another hotel for the remainder of our holiday. The following morning when I was in the lobby using the internet ( because it did not work on the second floor) to find another hotel. I heard another woman very unhappy at the front desk. I visit Istanbul twice a year but I would NEVER stay there again.

Excellent hotel, but really bad staff

The Hotel is excellent, clen and comfortable, and the location is great; but do not expect a kind attention from the staff...they almost do not look at you when you talk to them, will not help you with any tourist information, and in our case, they also get a bit angry because we decided to book a transfer service in another place....and try not use the laundry service of the hotel because is more than expensive!!!!!! if you need, look for a laundry outside the hotel, it´s full of them!
