"Only complaints that I have was that at the reception they mentioned that we were allowed 20% discount if we order from the restaurant and we place a room service order and even though you have to go down to pick up yourself the order at the restaurant they didn't honor the 20% discount because we didn't eat at the restaurant. Which doesn’t make any sense for the price we pay of the hotel and the food. Either airside or landside are relatively close only convenience will be if you required to...

"It's a great little room for exactly what you need it for - to rest, sleep, shower, watch TV, & do whatever else you want in a clean, private space away from the crowds & noise on your long layover at IST airport. It's extremely convenient to not have to leave the airport and not have to go back through the security checkpoint when it's time to leave for your flight, but as with anything, you're going to pay a lot more for that convenience. "

"Room was very clean! Shower was the nicest I’ve ever seen, I took the best shower of my whole trip across europe in this hotel! Water pressure was very high. Hotel check in was less than 3 minutes long!! When I come to Istanbul again I will be staying here indefinitely "
