"We stayed for 4 nights in 3 rooms. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in all rooms. We informed the front desk, and the staff said they would arrange for someone to check it, but it was never fixed during our stay. Two of the rooms were extremely hot, while the third room was too cold due to a gap in the window that could not be properly closed. "Staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is very clean. The onsen was a highlight for sure and the free ramen and ice cream and drinks made the stay feel like a luxury. My only complaint is the lack of laundry services and elevators. With the amount of people, there should be more than 2 laundry units. And the dryer doesn’t dry well. Otherwise, everything was perfect. And they have luggage shipping at the front counter. I’d stay here again and I would recommend others stay here as well!"

"This was a fantastic stay right next to Tsutenkaku tower, walking distance to Osaka Zoo, and even about 2.2km (1.3mi) walk to Dotonbori. You’re very close to any major station to take you to Osaka Umeda, the aquarium, Kyoto, and more. I stayed here for one week with my family of four and it had all the amenities we needed. A bathroom, laundry, shower, 2 beds, a balcony to dry clothes, and a nice little living room. Note that, as is typical in Japan if it’s your first time, the apartments are...
