"Beautiful place for a family vacation. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Good central location made it easy for us to enjoy activities from Rincon to Fajardo. "This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. The bedrooms rooms and livingroom area are very big and luxurious. Stock up On everything before You arrive as it’s far from everything. A perfect multigenerational family paradise! "This unit's selling point is its location directly on the beach. The beach is private, and no one ever goes to the beach. The shore is vert rocky and the water rough, not really swimmable but beautiful to look at from the unit's balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. "Perfect location for a beautiful, mountainous nature retreat. Our group had so much fun exploring one of the mountain regions of Puerto Rico. Also with in an hour of beautiful beaches. The house and the surrounding property was a perfect accomodation for a group of 7 adults. Beautiful, well kept house and property in a nice neighborhood. Definitely would recommend! 5 stars!! and property. . "
