Every bit as charming as it looks in the pictures

We had a lovely holiday at Chateau Isle sur Marne. It's a very relaxing and picturesque place to stay. The heated swimming pool is perfect for the kids in the evening, and there is plenty to explore in the nearby lake and villages.

The chateau is absolutely beautiful- just as shown in the details. We had 13 friends together across mixed age groups and it worked really well. Stella was very responsive and helpful when we had questions

The house looks even better than in the pictures. Martine was super helpful and there to greet us when we arrived. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay at the Chateau. The weather was hot so the pool was well used ! The facilities were ideal for our family of 8 adults and 2 children from 3 generations.Martine, Stella and Phillips were very helpful during the week, helping us to organise a last-minute visit to a local Champagne house.The only slight negative ? We could have used a larger BBQ given the size of our group, however the kitchen is incredibly well equipped.Would definitely return in the future.

Calme et élégance, parfait pour les réunions de famille ou entre amis

Très belle restauration classique, mise aux normes modernes (cuisine bien équipée et salles de bains,avec un hammam très apprécié), dans un élégant château permettant de grandes réunions de famille, dans un calme intemporel. Belles excursions -très proches- au lac du Der.

A magnificent experience !

We had such an amazing holiday at the property. We really couldn't have hoped for a better experience. On top of the chic decoration in the beautiful chateau, we really enjoyed the heated pool and the generous acres of private grounds for lovely walks. We would definitely want to come back!

The house is beautiful, was very clean and comfortable, It offers lots of possibilities for both kids and adults. The owner was always very fast in answering and flexible with our arrival.

Absolutely stunning chateau in the middle of the French countryside

I could not fault our stay at the chateau. Everything was perfect. The photos you see are exactly what you get and the building itself is stunning. We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday and we could easily have stayed longer.

Très bel endroit, propriétaires très sympathiques !!

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre exceptionnel !! La demeure est comme sur les photos voire encore plus belle et les propriétaires sont à la fois très sympathiques et arrangeants. Un grand merci !!!! TB

Perfect spot to celebrate my daughters 30th Birthday

Lovely home with plenty of large spaces for the family to congregate. We enjoyed the pool and the children enjoyed the trampoline. 16 total people and there was always a way to get some quiet if needed. Highly recommend

Beautifully restored and appointed property in large parkland setting.

Spacious rooms. Lots of room for our extended intergenerational family of 8 adults and 6 children aged 3-9. Something for everyone even in the winter. Owners welcoming and responsive to queries.

An absolute dream!

Can't explain how beautiful the property is - one of the few places that actually looks like the photos! Stunning house with tasteful decor, large bedrooms and beautiful grounds. Will cherish the memories we have made during our time. Thank you Stephane & Martine, you've been fabulous hosts and thank you for being so responsive to our requests.

Séjour idéal. Même le temps à été avec nous...

Très belle propriété, belles prestations (piscine chauffée, sauna, jacuzzi, cheminées exceptionnelles pour de belles flambées, bois bien sec et abondant,...). Propreté irréprochable,, pas un mouton nulle part, et équipement complet. Parc admirablement entretenu. Propriétaire très sympathique.

I booked this Chateau for my 30th birthday - the size and grandeur of the place exceeded my expectations. Martine was super lovely and helpful in helping organise and my questions. Just beautiful. Reccomend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the host Martine chef Denis, Sophie, and Stella who helped bring about the most amazing birthday celebration I could ever imagine. The setting of the château for my family and friends was like a real life fairytale! Thank you for helping to make, my dreams come true for a dreamy 50 birthday

Excellent castle and excellent service

The castle is even better than the description and the photos. Very spacious. Lots of light coming in. Pool is warm and well kept. Martine is an excellent host and took good care of us. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful Property

We all really enjoyed the time spend at the property. The organization was problem free. If i had any questions the property manager replied quickly and helped me with minor troubles like finding a taxi for a trip to a vineyard. Thank you very much for the possibility to spend a weekend at this beautiful house.
