  • Increíble, recientemente renovado alquiler de lujo a pocos pasos de la playa con increíbles vistas al mar. Esta hermosa y moderna casa cuenta con 5 habitaciones, 5 baños y medio y cuenta con un porche con mosquitero de 35 pies frente a la cocina de lujo, con asientos de comedor al aire libre para 10 y asientos adicionales de ocio. Disfrute de las vistas al mar y la brisa del océano en el espacio de la cubierta que rodea la parte trasera de la casa. Hay una parrilla al aire libre personalizada con vistas a la nueva piscina privada con terraza de travertino.

    El primer piso cuenta con un espacio de vida de concepto abierto con todos los nuevos pisos de madera noble y accesorios de iluminación en todas partes. Con cómodos sofás de gran tamaño, una gran televisión inteligente montada, barra de sonido y chimenea de gas, la sala de estar fluye directamente al área de comedor con capacidad para 10 personas y continúa hacia la cocina completamente renovada. Este espacio contemporáneo cuenta con un bar con isla de cocina con asientos, una nevera para hacer hielo Sub-Zero, lavavajillas Bosch y horno de microondas Bosch. El dormitorio principal de la planta baja cuenta con una cama king size con un amplio baño en suite con tocador doble y cabina de ducha. También ubicado en el primer piso hay un dormitorio con una cama queen size y baño en suite con ducha de vidrio y accesorios de cascada. Un tocador adicional está fuera de la sala de estar principal.

    El segundo piso ofrece una sala de medios de última generación con un televisor montado a medida de 70 "completo con una gran sección reclinable automatizada y una barra húmeda contigua con mini refrigerador. Fuera de esta sala de estar, hay una gran terraza parcialmente protegida con increíbles vistas al océano. El cuarto de lavado está equipado con una lavadora y secadora Electrolux de tamaño completo.

    El maestro de arriba cuenta con una cama king size con un televisor Roku montado en 50 "y un porche contiguo con pantalla de 20x10 con increíbles vistas al océano. El baño tiene pisos de baldosas, un tocador doble, una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha personalizada. El siguiente dormitorio cuenta con una cama litera doble sobre litera completa con acceso al baño del pasillo a través de una puerta corredera de granero. Hay un dormitorio adicional con un televisor Roku de 32 pulgadas montado y vistas increíbles y baño con ducha de vidrio a medida. Esta casa ha sido renovada teniendo en cuenta los detalles y el lujo, desde el equipo de medios de última generación hasta la decoración costera, y hermosos muebles de exterior para aprovechar al máximo las vistas al mar y la brisa.

    Se requieren estadías semanales desde Memorial Day hasta Labor Day de sábado a sábado. Los feriados importantes también requieren una estadía semanal. Se requiere una estadía mínima de tres noches para todas las demás estaciones. Esta casa cuenta con un elevador equipado con servicio desde el nivel del garaje hasta el primer y segundo piso. No se permiten mascotas en esta propiedad y la casa es estrictamente para no fumadores. (DEBE TENER AL MENOS 25 AÑOS DE EDAD PARA NO ALQUILAR EXCEPCIONES).

The property suited our family of eleven very well. The home is spacious and well-stocked. The family especially enjoyed the heated pool and patio area.

Fantastic in every way!

This house has been beautifully remodeled and is in a great location very close to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare large meals. It was a perfect place for our large family of all ages. Highly recommend!

Great fall family getaway!

This is such a beautiful property, with plenty of room for our two families (3 teens, 6 adults). The indoor and outdoor spaces are all beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook wonderful meals together. Literally steps to the beach!

Beautiful, updated home steps from the beach

Although we reserved through Vrbo, this property is managed by Carolina One Realty. The home is beautiful and was exactly as described. The pool was a nice size and great for cooling off in the afternoons. We would absolutely rent it again!

4 couples meeting up for reunion time

the 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms worked well for our group. We enjoyed the outside patio, the closeness of walking to the beach was great. The pool was a bit cool, so we really didn't use it.

Whole Family Trip

We rented this property for Spring break, for a warm weather trip with our 3 children and their grandparents. It was excellent all around. The home and the location were fantastic. Lots of room indoors and out, one house off the beach, an easy drive into Charleston to explore. We had one question, and the property manager responded in less than a minute. This is a great choice for a family.

A great week!

This family vacation was great! The house is 5 minutes from the beach. The house had everything we needed especially the screened in porch and pool in the backyard. Even though this was during “COVID-19”, we enjoyed just being here together and did not need to leave the house and pool except to go to the beach. We will be back!

Christmas vacation

This property is perfectly situated on a short quiet street. Spacious and comfortable. Well appointed. We had a great holiday celebration with our family lots of room for everyone. Managrment was diligent in solving our one small problem. My only small complaint was entry and exit from garage. With a handicap member, running around through the gate into garage to open and close and access the elevator was an inconvenience. We got used to it.i would defimitely stay again.

Beautiful Property!

This house had everything for our group of 6 including adults and teens. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. The multitude of porches, indoor/outdoor spaces provided ample room to spread out. The pool and outside grill were great and the house is only about 300 feet to the beach. This is a terrific rental!

We will be back!!

Perfect , beautiful, up to date home, hotel quality.We payed for heated pool & worth every penny, ( end of may) tbis made a difference as we like to swim at night. We all that beach waa steps away, forgetting something at house was not a big deal to go back and grab that item. We all played at beach during day, pool at night. Loved all quiet spaces to enjoy the outdoors in this home . We will plan on a repeat visit!

Better than expected

This house is excellent and Carolina One does an excellent job managing it. Having never been to Isle of Palms before, we were not sure about the location but it was perfect. The house itself was thoroughly planned out with every gadget and appliance we could need. It was clean and homey ... kudos to the decorator! We had six guests total. Plenty of room and I appreciate that each bedroom has a full bathroom attached. We had the pool heated but it never got “warm”. It was “warmer” than not heating it but it was so early in the season I’m sure outside temps affected that. Thank you for providing such a great house for us. We would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay

Loved the house and pool. Didn't love being flooded in. OnWednesday the water was passed the doors of our minivan. The city had a pump. We drudged through the water to go to beach on Friday. It was up to your garage doors. Good thing we brought food. Your new sod was completely underwater
