  • Todo lo que buscas en unas vacaciones de playa en la costa SC se puede encontrar en esta encantadora villa de dos dormitorios ubicada en Wild Dunes Resort. The Seagrove Villas es una maravillosa comunidad de condominios bien mantenidos rodeados de exuberante vegetación, piscina en el vecindario y a solo unos pasos del Océano Atlántico.  Dentro del Resort, se trata de la ubicación y esta unidad está idealmente ubicada a una corta distancia a pie del popular Grand Pavilion, el Centro de conferencias y muchas tiendas y restaurantes de Wild Dunes.

    Ingrese a la villa y aprecie de inmediato el diseño moderno con un plano abierto y amplias habitaciones. La sala de estar está decorada con gusto con muebles sencillos y elegantes y acentos neutros que complementan la luz natural de las ventanas del porche. Es perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de un buen libro o reunirse para disfrutar de la televisión de pantalla plana. Ubicado justo al lado de la sala de estar a través de las puertas correderas, el balcón al aire libre permite al huésped disfrutar de las hermosas vistas y sonidos del océano cercano. El comedor, con cómodos asientos para cinco personas, está a solo unos pasos de la cocina totalmente equipada. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de una buena comida casera.

    También ubicado en el primer piso (o nivel principal) está el dormitorio de invitados (Dormitorio # 2), que contiene dos camas individuales, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado. Subiendo las escaleras en el segundo piso de la unidad, encontrará el dormitorio principal (Dormitorio # 1), que cuenta con una cama king, TV de pantalla plana, baño privado e increíbles vistas al océano.

We enjoyed the view and the beds and sheets were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and it was well cleaned. The showers/tubs could use some updating and the kitchen we lacking in silverware and cups for kids. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much. It was a bummer that our beach access was closed off but I realize that is uncontrollable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sweetgrass condo! The unit was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We loved being within walking distance of all the highlights—beautiful beaches, resort shops, and great restaurants—and having the pool right outside our balcony was the perfect bonus. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

Spring break

My family and I stayed at this property during spring break. We loved the proximity to the beach. We enjoyed the wild dunes area. We made good use of the kitchen and had several good meals at home.During our stay, the washing machine broke and it was replaced within 24 hours. The management company was very responsive.

Overall great experience

The condo and complex had everything we needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent with the proximity to the beach and the Wild Dunes amenities. The unit seemed to be relatively well maintained, although there were some minor issues with the plumbing and electrical outlets as well as the keypad to enter the unit. I would stay here again.

Cute place-great location

We stayed the weekend for a wedding. It was an unusually cold weekend unfortunately but we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the condo. The condo is older but well kept. The heat worked well it’s a great location too. Would love to stay here again in the warmer months!

The condo was fantastic. We loved the layout. With the bedrooms on separate floors, it provided privacy for us. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We especially loved the view of the water and sitting on the balcony. The hosts were responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the resort. We were only in town for a long weekend and wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities of the resort and the condo. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing townhouse!

Amazing time had by all. The townhouse is just as described and has everything you could need. It’s a home away from home. The views from the deck are amazing for your morning coffee and watching dolphins swim by! Such a relaxing place. The proximity to downtown Charleston is perfect so you get the best of both worlds. The check in and check out process was so easy everything was just perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us we cant wait to return!

Perfect location

Everything was clean, steps to the ocean, and we had what we needed. This condo is not for handicap or elderly, but it worked great for us.

Needs improvement

The unit we stayed in was old. Definitely needs to be updated. Couldn't tell if it was dirty or just showing its age. Stains on couch cushions, walls marked up. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders. The tile in bathroom on first floor was pulling up and would stick to our feet when walking on it. The community patio furniture looked like it was just pulled out of a dumpster. The only positive i can give is the location on beach.

Treasures Found :)

We are very familiar with Wild Dunes / IOP and look for any opportunity to return. The location was perfect. Weather not so much-unusually cold and cloudy.Still found a way to take my 3x/day beach walks. The condo was pleasant, but the main floor bathroom could use some updating. tiles were coming off the floor, shower water pressure issues. Communication great and maintenance came promply.A Mirror in the Main Floor Bedroom would be helpful to do makeup and hair when a bathroom is occupied. Wall hooks in bedrooms are always helpful. This location was so nice because it took me 1 min to walk to the Best shelling area in 7 years of exploring Wild Dunes and IOP. A couple Sandollars floated right over my foot :) Found many welk waiting for me on the beach. I will be back and would recommend this fairly priced condo.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property is at a great location. The beach was never too crowded and it was close to the Wild Dunes restaurants. We would stay here again.

The only issue I had was the master bath.

The master bathroom. While showering the water wouldn't drain. Even after showering. It took a few minutes to completely drain. The sink had the same problem... The contact number was called to make known of the issue. We received a recording saying the office was closed. Although this cause an inconvenience. Having to go downstairs to take a shower. I feel this was uncalled for. The person who clean the room should've reported this so it could be fix prior to our arrival. It's my hope to hear from your company soon.

Great place to stay!

This unit was in a great location and very comfortable. It has a back stairs access to the beach and pool which was nice for chairs/umbrellas that didn’t have to be brought into the unit. There is a beach bar, grill, ice cream shop, beach store, and golf shop two units over. The bike rentals is in walking distance of the unit as well. Great find and will stay here again!
