Offering plenty of comfortable seating and oceanfront views, the private Summer House pool is a perfect first stop for your family. When it is time to hit the sand, you will find that the Summer House Beach is one of the widest in Charleston with plenty of room for your family to set up camp with your beach chairs, tents, bocci games, and cornhole.

When you are ready for lunch or dinner, you will find that 504 Summerhouse has a wonderful kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and hard surfaces. The kids might want to eat their sandwiches at the kitchen bar or the entire family can gather around the dining room table that seats six. The living room offers wide plank hardwood floors, a sisal rug, and bright colors. When night falls and the Sullivan's Island Lighthouse is hard at work, you will find comfort and safety in one of the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, hardwood floors, oceanfront views, and a private bath. The guest bedroom is bright with a new king bed, TV, and private bathroom.

- The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Great place at the beach

Fantastic location a couple hundred yards from the water. Great pool. IOP Beach Chair Co had the chairs and umbrellas set up every morning ready for a day in the sun. Make sure to check them out.

Really amazing view and beautiful accommodations

I come to Isle of palms often especially to wild dunes and I always enjoy it. This unit was so comfortable and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and you can tell that the owners really care about their unit. We were on the 5th floor which I really enjoyed having that privacy. This is an exceptional view and a great price for a lovely two bedroom retreat

Perfect vacation.

The condo is beautiful with a wonderful ocean view. We found everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was super clean. It's so hard to leave after a week of living on the beach with great accomodations. We would definitely recommend this condo for a perfect island vacation.

Amazing condo with beautiful views!

This was our first time staying in the Wild Dunes resort and we will definitely be back!!! The property is exactly how it is presented on VRBO and has all of the touches of home. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the sounds/view of the ocean from the deck. Anything that you could possibly dream of needing in the kitchen is provided.

Great getaway

My husband, son, and I loved the condo! It is very close to the ocean and the view is great! We especially loved that the porch was in the shade in the afternoons. We rode bikes a lot due to our $250 credit for chairs and bikes and that was very enjoyable. The weather was perfect! Would definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect for us!

We were a couple with an adult daughter. We wanted a comfortable 2BR/2BA condo with a view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. This unit met all our requirements. We could see the beach traffic but were far enough back to not be bothered by it. The condo is nicely furnished and decorated. We had no contact with the owner an minimal contact with the rental agent. We will go back and strongly recommend the condo.

Relaxing stay

Condo's view was beautiful and the deck is just as relaxing as it looks on the pics. Beds were very comfy! Pool and beach are quiet and family friendly Only 2 real negatives...rugs are well worn and look in serious need of a good cleaning. Outdoor cushions have bad mildew issue. Shower's pressure was wonderful, but watch out the hot water tank is very effective.

Unit was clean and kitchen well equipped. Views were nice. Furniture and such a bit outdated. King mattress was really soft. Building facilities overall outdated. Enjoyed our visit but would probably not return to this unit.

Fall Beach Getaway

Loved this condo. It wasn’t everything we needed plus some. Beautifully decorated and everything is very up to date. Couch on the beachside porch was the perfect Place to lounge and listen to the waves of the ocean. We watched the sun rise over the ocean and then watched the sun set over the bridge from the back porch. Being on the top floor made this the perfect getaway. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Summerhouse

This was our first time staying at Summerhouse but have stayed on most of the condo properties in Wild Dunes. We were very pleased with our stay and think this is one of the best spots! The property itself was just what our family of 3 needed. I only give a 4 for cleanliness because I think there is an opportunity for a few minor updates, but nothing that would hold us back from staying in the future. We’d definitely return!

Nice property but needs some TLC

This is our second time in this unit. The views are great and Beachside was fairly responsive to our needs but this property hasn't had much investment since we stayed here last year. The renovations that were done a few years ago are still nice but aging and the bathrooms weren't done completely and show it. Good things: Of course, just being in Wild Dunes on the beach is super; pool is nice especially in the morning; kitchen is in good shape and well stocked; kitchen, dining and living areas are roomy and open; comfortable living room furniture, bed in the 2nd bedroom is nice and comfortable. Not so good things: all the metal furniture on the balcony is badly rusted and cushions on the sofa have mildew stains; there's an issue with water pooling at the front door. It was soggy during most of our stay; the bed in the master is ridiculously high. We are both tall and still had to leap up to get into the bed; there were mildew stains over the master shower but Beachside cleaned them (eventually) while we were there; dining room chairs are uncomfortable; fridge door swings open and bangs against the cabinets. Overall, a nice place--but for the money, I do expect a bit better.

We loved the condo. Two very large bedrooms with comfy beds. Very nicely decorated throughout. Pictures did not do it justice. Lovely view of both the pool and beach from the large lanai. Our only complaint was that the lighting in the condo needs improvement. Very poor reading lights. It would be great if overhead LED were added. The condo is built very soundly. Heard very little outside noise.
