This exquisite 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Isle of Palms beach rental is perfect for your coastal adventure. A harmonious blend of modern luxury and charm, Beach Dream was designed and furnished for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

The main level open floorplan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen space, and is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a huge island and separate wet bar. The dining table seats 10 with additional counter seating for 6. *Heated Pool - No Additional Charge - In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 15 - 20 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.

Beach dream boasts a total of 8 flat-screen TV’s and is equipped with an elevator that will whisk you and your luggage or groceries effortlessly between the garage, 1st and 2nd floors. Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 6 vehicles can be parked at this property.

Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.

✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $1,000.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Amazing Home for 50th Bday

An incredibly luxurious house in a perfect location, what’s more to stay. Everything has been thought of. Spent a long weekend with friends to celebrate wife’s birthday and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Can’t wait to return.

We visited with family to celebrate my daughters engagement....house worked perfectly for our family and friends. Convenient location and the manager was responsive to a few of our questions. A small note, the home next door is under construction...luckily no work was occurring during our stay.

Family Vacation - Beach Dream - Isle of Palms!

Wonderful stay in this brand new beach home that is gorgeous inside and out. Beautiful decor, incredible chef's kitchen, and we really enjoyed the pool and very large covered bar area with two TV's and ample seating. Super close to the beach and around the corner from the IOP community rec center with basketball, pickleball and tennis. Amy and the management company were fantastic and attentive to everything we needed. We would definitely book this home again.

Beach House

We loved this amazing home, which has everything a luxury vacation calls for - beautifully furnished, outstanding kitchen, incredible outdoor living space including a big heated pool and large covered area with a bar for entertaining. 3 min walk to the beach with access at either 26th or 27th. A block from the rec center with indoor basketball, tennis and pickleball. We will book again!

Beautiful house

The house is great! It’s spacious, clean and the kitchen is amazing. The screened porch and pool areas were very nice and made our outdoor time very enjoyable. I would definitely rent this house again.
