"The first floor has been remodeled and has up-to-date appliances. The second floor has spacious bedrooms. The bathroom is a little small.We enjoyed having the indoor pool and fire pit.The owner was quick to respond to emails."

"Loved this place! Super cozy and peaceful and nice. Close enough to all the places we went :) My fiance sprained his ankle a few days before our trip so the ladder to get to the loft bed wasn't ideal but that was no fault of the place- just something to note if you have any issues climbing! 10/10 would visit again."

"Lovely cabin. Everything was fresh and bright. It was quiet and comfortable and a great place to stay to see Acadia and the island. "

"This property was an affordable way to have an enjoyable stay near all the sights of Acadia. The ability to do laundry during our trip was a big plus as well as 4 twin beds for 4 adults with room to spread out. Generally we spent time exploring Acadia and Bass Harbor but having the house allowed a day of relaxation and puzzle assembly for some while others spent more time hiking. Owners were fantastic!! Would stay again. "

"This place was absolutely perfect for our family with small kids. Plenty of space to run around. So close to bass harbor. "

"We really enjoyed staying here! The house was decorated beautifully with lots of antiques which added an extra charm to the place. Loved how easy it was to get to Acadia and bar harbor. Can’t wait to stay there again!"

"Very nice home for groups of people to hang out and relax, both inside and outside. Very responsive host. Comfortable home, we had a great weekend. "

"Anny was an amazing host, she gave us a guided tour of the island on her amazing water proof map. She was very helpful on what to see and where to eat. The treetop apartment had a very well stocked kitchen and was very clean! Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Acadia. "

"We had a great stay. We enjoyed the quiet location, the host was quick to reply to messages, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. "

"The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden...

"A charming and clean studio apartment just outside of the Bass Harbor village and a short drive to restaurants, convenience stores and waterfront. Less than 30 minutes to Bar Harbor. The hosts are on site and very accommodating. "

"Absolutely loved this private tiny home. Very quiet and private location. Super clean as it is brand new. I saw deer in the yard each night I stayed. Bed was comfy. Only 1 hr away from Bar Harbor and Acadia NP. Beautiful sunset spot 10 minutes away at caterpillar hill. I would definitely book again"

"The house was spotless and exceedingly quiet. Location less than 30 minutes from anyplace on Mt Dessert Island.We loved having the friendly Gotts Market 3 minutes awayOur host responded promptly and took care of any issue immediately,"

"The cabin was extremely comfortable and clean and the view was superb. It was tranquil and peaceful as promised. We lucked out on the weather, 5 days of sun, with varying temperatures. Coffee on the porch most days as well as a few dinners. ( We tend to eat late, so the chill did set in a few nights.)As recommended, be sure to bring everything, food and personal care wise. Shopping IS a distance. Don't forget your bath towels. We almost did, but caught that requirement with last minute reading....
