"Clean, comfortable and affordable room with nice shower! Bri met us with a smile and showed us around the place. We were not able to use the cute fire-pit area or tiki bar due to inclement weather, but I'm sure it's a hit on nice evenings. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the main house. Rooms come with a fridge which is great if you go out to eat and have leftovers. Centrally located on the island. "

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating for a last minute decision to stay and unsure if I would need to stay another night due to a road closing and undetermined reopening. The staff tried to help me figure the status of the road closing keeping me from my home. Very kind"

Pros: Clean room, well equipped kitchen, great location with things to do within walking distance, rooms fairly well insulated from noice (cannot hear others speaking in their rooms).
Cons: Because they are pet friendly with no fees, MANY MANY dogs, and the 2 dog limit seems to not be enforced, and many dog owners let their dogs #2 and just pushed sand over the feces very close to the hotel/walkways. limited parking (fewer spaces than...
