Located in prestigious Venetian Shores Islamorada's premier waterfront community! This home was completely remodeled.... everything is tasteful, high quality, spotless and NEW!! HI SPEED WIFI and NetFlix is INCLUDED! Luxury heated pool / spa! Surrounded by a spectacular Dominican coral paver deck that does not get hot and has superior non skid properties! 20K Insane resort quality landscape lighting package installed in 2021. The home sits on a huge 70 x 100 foot lot (almost a 1/4 acre) on a crystal clear deep water canal just off world famous Snake Creek which takes you to the Atlantic and beautiful Florida Bay in just minutes. A one of a kind professionally designed lush tropical keys landscape creates an ambiance that you will enjoy and never leave as it gives you the feeling of having your own private resort all to yourself. Custom made and extremely comfortable Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges, hammocks and tiki torches are there to create the ultimate relaxing environment for your and your family to enjoy while creating memories to last a lifetime. Unlimited use of a high end Hobie Odyssey Kayak is included as are two cruiser style bicycles to keep you active. One of my favorite amenities and it will be yours too is the fabulous outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We use this shower after a fishing trip or when we get back from the Sandbar.
The home is truly the ultimate in Tropical living. Downstairs you will find a gourmet Kitchen Aid kitchen with all the accessories including a Keurig coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils and accessories that you need to provide gourmet meals including a great selection of quality spices. A modern smart TV with Netflix and a Sonos stereo system will suit even the most discriminating visitors. A 2015 King size bed and two very nice bunk beds provide sleeping comfort for up to 4 guests in the lower level. The living room opens up to the tropical outdoor environment through 2 sets of hurricane impact sliding glass doors. Upstairs you will find a gorgeous 2 bedroom suite with Acacia hardwood flooring. Smart TV's with Netflix and Sonos is also available upstairs and downstairs. Another set of expansive sliding glass doors open up to the veranda where you can sit and soak in what is going on outside or wave at the boats going by. The upstairs master boasts a 2015 Luxury King size bed with sliding doors to the second floor balcony will have you waking up to beautiful sunrises every morning while sitting in the custom lifeguard chairs. The second bedroom has 2 Twin XL beds which are big enough for adults to sleep in comfort.
I know you will really enjoy my home and the extra surprises that I provide which I don’t even mention here but you will not forget and appreciate. I include papper towels, soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee, sugar, spices, ice maker and much more that other rentals do not. My goal is not to be the least expensive but to be the best value in Islamorada for a vacation rental. I look forward to hosting you very soon. Only 1 vessel on property or dock at any given time.

Salt Life Stay

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this property. My family kept saying, “He has thought of everything!” Everything felt so convenient and the location can’t be beat. The home itself is quality all around. If you decide to rent a boat, it is easy access to both the ocean and the bay. Michael was a great host and we can’t wait to go back again!

Perfect House

This house was perfect for our two families that stayed there. Michael was extremely communicative and even offered to let us check in early. When we weren't on the boat, we spent most of our time at the outdoor area either in the pool or cooking at the outdoor kitchen. The kids swam every day while the adults relaxed. Dock was large with hose, cleaning table, and power. Boat ramp was 1 mile down the road and we were able to keep our trailer in the drive, which made coming and going very easy. We plan to come back next year. Thanks Michael.

Our BEST stay in Islamorada yet!

We have been staying for years at different rental homes in Islamorada. Michael's house was by far our favorite to date (and not just in the Keys...our favorite out of anywhere we have ever stayed!). He was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start and was fabulous with communication! We appreciated an early check-in so much and there are so many small details at this property that make it stand out! The outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous and we spent almost our entire trip outside! The kids loved fishing from the dock and the dock was perfect for our boat! Thank you so much Michael! We had the best trip and can't wait to come back!

Islamorada Dream home

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home in Islamorada. Plenty of room for all 6 adults and our boat. The location was fabulous. We had wonderful fishing & snorkeling off the dock, mangroves & coral reefs 1 mile offshore. The host was fantastic to work with and loved how everything exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to return & the memories for our family will last a lifetime!

Perfect family vacation

House was better than the pictures. Everything you could need was at the house. The backyard space is great for relaxing and my family stayed outside most of the trip. Michael was great with communicating and answered any questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise

We had a wonderful vacation at Venetian Shores. Mike was extremely attentive, available, and an accommodating host. Mike had everything ready for us from the spotless home, firewood for smores, and all the extras you could wish for. The home is fully stocked and even better in person with an amazing outdoor kitchen & gathering area. We were able to see the fireworks from right outside the home at a nearby park. Definitely will return next year!

Excellent property with everything you need! Mike was extremely helpful and we had a great time!

Great house!! Very clean and in a great location. Mike was extremely accommodating and communicated well! The kids loved the pool and fishing access was easy with the canal outback. The backyard, outdoor kitchen and landscaping was all sensational for our enjoyment. Perfect place for a family trip or someone who loves to fish.

Amazing stay for the second year in a row!

This property is an absolute dream. Very clean and has everything you need. Having two separate “villas” made it nice while having our parents join us. Michael is a great owner and responds promptly to any questions or requests. The canal is perfect for boating. Easy to get in and out! We are looking forward to returning next year for year three!

Perfectly set up for ultimate relaxation

The owner of this home goes out if his way to make sure everything about your vacation is perfect. He called me the day of check in to let me know the home was ready early, he also checked in to make sure that we got in ok, and half way through to see if we needed anything. I appreciated the attention given. The dock is set up perfect, the outdoor area was like a oasis. One of my favorite features is the home is basically like 2 residences, upstairs has bedrooms, kitchen living room etc and so does downstairs, that was nice because 2 families could go and have their own privacy . We can not wait to visit again!

Great Family Keys Vacation

From start to finish the owner Michael was always readily accessible for any questions you might have. We have rented many homes in islamorada and have never experienced a home that was so well set up to enjoy the outdoors like this one. Great location, Beautiful pool, fantastic outdoor kitchen, ample parking, and great Dock! This home has it all!!!

Perfect! Tropical Paradise is Right!

We had an awesome stay this August 2015. Two weeks in paradise and we still weren't ready to leave. Looking forward to our return next year. The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable with all the conveniences you would expect from your home. The pool was definitely and added plus and the location for canal docking are just perfect.

Amazing - simply amazing

Mike said we wouldn't be disappointed and boy was he right. We just checked-in and EVERYTHING is beyond expectations!!! Beautifully decorated, super clean (for all you OCD people like me) and more amenities than we thought. I'll check back in at the end of the week but so far - 5 star!!!!!!
