"Breakfast menu was satisfactory, felt tge parking was safe and secured, room could have reviewed once again before guest check in (remaining hair in bathroom shower and the toilet), staff was respectful."

The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly."

"This is absolutely horrendous, we were given our first room, and the beds were not made, and there was blood in the bathtub and walls, we were then given a second room, there was blood under the toilet seat and blood on the walls in the shower the "Continental breakfast" A COMPLETE SCAM, nothing but toast and yogurt, they claim to have a heated pool, the pool was freezing, Also they have a side door that said its locked between 11pm-5am NEVER LOCKED BIG SAFETY CONCERN"

"The floors and countertops were sticky. There were only 2 tiny bars of soap; no shampoo. The staff was friendly. The stairs were difficult to climb up/ down as there was only a thin railing on one side & the tread strips were coming apart. At least it was quiet & we were able to get a good night's sleep."

"My Room was absolutely disgusting there was hair in the tub, floors were filthy boogers on the wall, no soap to wash your hands they never came in to clean the room while we were there never took the trash out or even give us another trash bag the whole building is run down, not really ideal for a handicap person said they offered breakfast never saw that either"

"This was the worst place that I've stayed in the Bloomington area. There was no one at the check-in desk. My room was VERY dirty. It was not cleaned at all. The bed,at least, was made. No breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be back. You should not be advertising this site on Expedia !!!!!! AWFUL"

"The water was leaking outside the bath dub. Don't know if it was shower curtain was letting water out or something at the bottom of the tub was leaking. They just kept one spare tissue roll! bathroom is very small and bedroom area also very small"
