"Waited 2 hours in line to check in. Patio door on balcony was almost impossible to open and close. Coffee maker in the room was missing the basket. Neighbors in the next room and above were so loud kept us up all night. No clock at all in the room. Microwave and pools were dirty. Very overpriced for what we got. Will not be staying there again."

"When I first arrived there was nobody at front desk and there was customers in front of me waiting for help. I had to call the front desk in order for somebody to finally come up to the front desk to help .. then the First room I got was pee stain mattress pads on both beds, it was pee stain that matched up on the mattresses so it was the top sheet that was only changed it looked like it looked like also mold on the mattresses… there was no elevator so I had to carry all my belongings up stairs...

"We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service"

"Our sheets were dirty. The ones given to replace were wet and smelled of chemicals. The noise was absolutely horrible. No consideration for other people at all. The water does not get hot. Overall not a good experience. We even left earlier than needed."

"All day coffee available in the lobby to reduce plastic waste is awesome! I didn't use the pool so can't say anything about it. It looked nice and fun for kids. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. I did miss having a waffle but the pancakes were of the same standard. We don't eat pork so can't comment on the meat. Some places are looking into non-pork items as it is healthier. Staff was helpful and brought linen to the room for the let out couch bed. All in all a great stay, will...
