"Very clean hotel with a fresh, genuinely clean scent throughout not overly chemical or artificial. The linens and towels smelled freshly laundered and spotless, which I always notice and appreciate. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, especially the bartender at the restaurant/bar and Ki at checkout, who was truly a ray of sunshine. The included breakfast was also much better than the typical hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay again!"

"This place was really bare bones and equivalent to a holiday inn or la Quinta. Dated lobby. Staff was minimal. Charged $2/bag to hold at the front desk if that tells you what type of place this is."

"Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"

"Staff was approachable and somewhat friendly. Room was clean and ample towels were provided. Location is convenient to bus and subway. The area is safe to wonder about even after night fall. This was a good choice for me."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

Das Frühstück ausreichend und preislich echt ok! Die Lage ist super gelegen zum den Bahnmöglichkeiten sowie Bus. "Good little hotel in Brooklyn with clean rooms and reasonable amenities. The breakfast is pre-fixed and carry out which was easy. Nothing fancy but enough. Xavier was so helpful at check in giving me a sense of location and options for local taxi. Only one elevator, which required the housekeeping staff to use the same elevator as guest. Not always convenient."

"Had a very good hotel stay, staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and was keot up eith every morning. Its close to subway stops straight into Brooklyn centre or Manhattan The only issue we had was not having many options for breakfast left after 9.30am as once the food finished they wouldn't top it up. Also no toilet brush in the bathroom was an issue for my partner 😅"

"Room smelled of mildew, there is no refrigerator, there is no fitness center as was advertised. Noise in the hallways through the night that wakes you up. Bed was stiff as a board."

"The valet for the parking lot was very rude heavy set gentlemen on the evening shift during my stay. Very rude each time I went to drop the car off. The first day I didn’t engage the behavior he exhibited. I gave him grace because we all have bad days. But the second day I did address his attitude directly with him."
