"This hotel is a must stay gem close to all the happenings in midtown, but on quieter, charming street! We received an upgrade to a king suite and it was absolutely phenomenal! Two bedrooms and a private balcony - completely unexpected and so special for a birthday trip! The staff is super friendly, entrance is private and intimate, with very friendly staff! Easy breakfast at the quaint restaurant next door. Would absolutely love to stay here again!! Thank you!"

"The location is perfect for tourists! It’s in the center of Times Square and provides easy access to subway stations. The rooms are spacious, and the noise control is good. However, check-in was a disaster. We arrived early in the morning and completed the check-in process, but the rooms were not ready yet, which was totally normal. "Great location in 51st and 7th ave….3 minute walk to Times Square and 10 minute walk to Central Park. Right in the Theater District as well. Kendrick at the main desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was very large for NY standards. It was a bit dated, but very comfortable. The only downside to the property was no in room coffee. It was our second stay there, and we would definitely go back. The doorman was also very helpful and pleasant....

"Great Location in Manhattan with easy access to Tome Square, transportation and tourist sites…and the staff made this a great experience. Room was kept at a comfortable temp but bathroom smelled like a cigarette through the entire stay and the restaurant in the hotel but not associated with the hotel was our most expensive (twice the cost of restraints) meal for mid-range not so great food. Take the time to walk to a dinner spot and save the money! Would definitely stay again if we come...

My husband has to complain and was transferred the next day.
