"Beautiful sunsets. Right off the road but very quiet and surrounded by dense tree cover. Located near Stonewall Resort and state park lands. Super soft beds. Driveway passable in low clearance car(summertime). "

"What a great property and amazing host. Our check in details were provided well before our check in time which makes everything work smoothly. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and also a grill outside with a side burner. We ate in the whole trip. "It is secluded and it's a very cute cabin. I had no issues everything was cleaned and to be expected. Super close to stonewall. Made it easy to go fishing. Would stay again sunsets are beautiful. "

The nature-themed decor, indoor swings, and beautiful curved wooden steps made the space feel cozy and one-of-a-kind. It was the perfect retreat—comfortable, clean, and full of charm. "The location alone is spectacular, particularly in mid-fall, though the boats are absolutely right that it's a cell phone wasteland. Fortunately the house WiFi can handle all but the most intense gaming loads (bandwidth is great but satellite-level pings) and has plenty of TVs board games, and other pastimes for those seeking a digital detox. The hosts were great with communication, offering to help when needed but also perfectly willing to keep a distance when we wanted to embrace the...

"You spend so much time picking a vacation spot for your family. It has to be affordable, clean, well taken care of and as described. We’ve been let down more times than I’d like to admit.We traveled in two cars and because my wife and I had to stop for a grocery pickup, my daughter, son and granddaughter went ahead to the rental and I was so relieved when I got a text “IT IS SO CUTE!”.A little later when we arrived with the groceries I was so happy when I seen them come out on the porch smiling...

"We had a great time at Cheryl’s cabin! The river (across railroad tracks and through a small strip of trees- about 2 min walk) is beautiful! We tried to tube the river but it was a bit low in areas. We enjoyed it nonetheless - down river is remote and scenic. There are a few swim holes near the cabin (about 4 to 5 feet deep in spots) that are beautiful with clear water, sand/rock beaches, and large rocks cropping out of the river bed.
