"Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

"We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day .
Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain.
Thank you Aramide for that.
Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience.
Raccomend any time."

"Comfortable bed, and very convenient location. TV and wifi worked well.
Had to ring to ask for towels, which arrived a little while later.
The room was very damp and parts of the carpet were wet. As there was no heating on in the building everything in the room got damper. I could not have a shower on my 2nd full day because there was no way the towel from the previous day could have dried out.
Shower barely warm even when turned up to max heat."

"This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again."

"I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended!"

"The property is in a good location with a cafe and pub restaurant within a few minutes walk. Also the train station is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is allocated parking outside but it was generally taken by others. I found the property a bit lacking in creature comforts. A lamp and table by the bed would be handy but there are some in the upstairs room but I used the middle floor to be near the bathroom. I only stayed two nights so it was fine for me. "The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing."
