Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!

Listing inaccuracies: 1. Stairs from the street to the front door. 2. Parking on the street not on site ( at times we had to park down the street) 3. The apartment was on the second floor with a set of narrow stairs. (Undisclosed) We enjoyed our stay and the apartment itself was fine,but we have mobility issues and would have liked to know about all of the stairs.

Clean, updated and comfortable. Cool AC, plenty of space for 4-5; however, is on the second floor with many stairs. Plan accordingly; We would (still) stay again.

Boston Visit

The property was nice and clean. There are seveal steps just to get to the house. So if you have issues with stairs might not be the place for you. Has everything you need to cook with. Would have preferred a few more towels. Ozzy was nice since the house was ready he let us arrive a bit early. Ac worked well and the beds were comfy. Nice little area that you can walk to some nice restaurants and a bakery.

Great apartment and location in a quaint and historic New England town. Nice river view. Short walk to downtown and walking path by the river. Beautiful flowers in bloom everywhere! The apartment was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

Family time

The stay was nice . Plenty of space and a gorgeous view of the river with a beautiful walking path. I recommend this place for anyone with a family or anyone who is trying to get away from the fast pace of life. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am looking forward to coming back here.

Our stay by the river

The place was super clean , lovely little apartment by the river , I love the lights in evening on the bridge over the river just gives a warm welcome to this beautiful, quaint little town . The host most definitely understanding and exceptional hospitality!!! We will most certainly be back and hopefully this property will be available for us . Weekend with Friends and Family for an 80th BDay Party

The property was clean and well equipped, ready for a long weekend in March. Downtown was a 5 minute ride away and a nice walk if the weather had been better. The owner was a good communicator throughout the booking process and was right over when a fuse/breaker? needed to be taken care of. Many stairs from street to second floor which can be difficult if you can't handle that. All in all, a nice stay.

Wonderful family weekend away

The property was so cute and perfect for a family with small children and a dog! Everything was clean and well maintained. The view of the river made the stay even better and our dog loved walking down the riverwalk. My son enjoyed the Mario room. The brewery down the street was awesome and also great for kids! Of all the rentals we have stayed in this was one of the best!

Great property well worth the money

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Ipswich. Everything was as advertised and more. The landlord was very communicative in a timely manner. The property is very well kept wonderful kitchen and bathroom. Great location for beaches within a few minutes drive we couldn’t ask for more, especially for the price we paid.
