"Awful experience. The room had not been properly cleaned. The sheets were old and pilly and there was pubic hair in the bed! The management tried to offer me another room but it had the same unclean feeling to it. I was so grossed out. They would not offer me a refund for my terrible experience. ..."

"The room was old and moldy. The towels have stains and were ripped. God only knows what those carpets and sheets have seen. Mold in the sink and shower. Musty smell. The breakfast was pathetic—not even a coffee."
