"Lovely old property, well looked after. Well positioned for touring. Very professional and friendly staff. Only downside was that we had a ground floor room which proved noisy late at night and early morning because of comings and goings in the corridor outside our room"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Whilst the chef/kitchen were very amendable to preparing gluten free options they could life easier for themselves by tweaking the menu. I will be going back."

"Shower/ bathroom spacious and new but hot water temperature not high enough so shower uncomfortable. Nightshift porter like a robot, no emotions, cold reception on late night check in."
