"This was one of the nicest B and B's we stayed at in our month-long trip to the UK. We met the owner and she was very nice and couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful and had everything you could ever want including snacks and cold water in a small refridge. It was walkable to downtown and the parking was safe and on-site. "My family and I stayed here and we thoroughly liked it. Excellent location right off the Grieg street walking bridge. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. The check in process with the owners was simple and straight forward. Highly recommend. "

"Property was clean and bed was comfortable. Access was good. Breakfast option was nice with both included continental breakfast and hot options for a fee. There was a strange odor from the bathroom area but it was clean, fully usable. Bed was comfortable but room was tight for two people. "

"Helpful staff thank you for helping me getting my luggage to my room. Instructions to use shower said to wait for the main power switch light to turn green. Unless I misunderstood it stayed red, but the water got hot so I was able get a much needed shower. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable and affordable.Temperature comfortable. Very quiet nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay again "

"Easy access from city centre, parking within property boundary. Situated to the west of the city so easy to head out to Loch Ness, Fort William and the west. Host was welcoming and helpful and everything was well laid out, from the bedroom (and sitting room extension) to the breakfast area lined with books to suit any reader! "
