Comfortable stay. All staff were helpful The only issue is there is a lot of steps at the zoo entrance area and step hills to enter if you struggle with this if you don't drive

Lovely apartment, needed to use washing machine/dryer & parking on site was useful. The staff were very helpful and I loved having a refillable water glass with their filtered tap water. The refrigerator was great, as well as the bed.
