  • With all due respect, we rent to families and mature adult groups. This is NOT a "Party House." We like to communicate with our guests as part of the booking process. Thank you!

    What sets this apart from many rentals is that it is a beautiful, secluded mountain home, self-built by my father, a Master Craftsman and woodworker. 12-acre property with/ 2 acres of lawns and flower gardens surrounding the house, and stunning mountain views. Year-round Jacuzzi, hardwood floors & custom woodwork throughout. Large Living room & Library with full wall granite fireplace, picture windows viewing Cathedral Ledge & Moat Mt. Range, five HD flat-screen TVs, all Roku equipped, Broadband Wi-Fi, 275 sq. ft. deck & separate screened 3 season porch, Charcoal grill (Memorial Day through Columbus Day). Hiking & Nordic skiing trails on our 16-acre family conservation easement are accessible directly from the property w/o driving. Home includes first-floor bedroom w/ ADA compliant exterior entrance ramp & customized bathroom & shower. Very family friendly; full-size crib, pack-n-play, high chairs, games & puzzles for all ages. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded, but unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable! The location of this house was perfect for our trip and the house itself had plenty of space for our group, which included 7 children. Everyone had so much fun - we spent a lot of time outside with the beautiful backdrop and snow.

We absolutely loved the house and enjoyed our stay. The house is large, well maintained, and has a lot of charm. There are plenty of clean, comfortable bedrooms. The setting is very picturesque. The view of the mountain shown in the pictures is exactly what you get - including from the hot tub! Downtown North Conway is an easy five minute drive. Very convenient. Although this trip was with friends, I am already considering another trip with the family. Communication with Neill was easy and he was an excellent host. Thank you!

Everything about our stay was perfect in this authentic and endearing home which showcases the pride, many accomplishments, and legacy of this well-loved and appreciated family in their community. From the amazing and picturesque setting with its incredible views to the spacious rooms and gathering spots, well-stocked kitchen, and warm, comfortable beds, it met the needs of our group perfectly! Whether we were snowshoeing or hiking all about the property, playing board games by the cozy fire, or relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the amazing views of the night sky, it was a first-rate experience all around. The only thing to top the wonderful setting and amenities were the gracious and welcoming hosts. Neill and Amanda were more than accommodating before, during, and after our stay, attentive to our every need, and we look forward to returning with our women’s ice hockey group again next winter! Many of us also hope to visit during the spring, summer, or fall seasons too! Thank you again for welcoming us so graciously into this beautiful home!

Incredible location, close to Storyland, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and down the street from Cranmore. The backyard/grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit and looking out at the mountain views. There is a lot of space and the house seemed sound proof, which was nice since we were with family and kids ranged from age 2-10! The library was so cozy. The beds could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Wonderful Stay!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it! The space is clean, organized and there is plenty of room for the whole family. The view and outdoor space is perfect! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent accomodations!

Large rambling thoughtfully laid out house that comfortably housed 3 families with 4 children under 4. Excellent location with privacy and views. Communication with host was great. Home came with many games, toys and TV's so you can while away any rainy days with rambunctious children and antsy adults in comfort and ease. Highly recommend!
