"Great hotel in the heart of manhattan. Our room was very quiet considering Times Square was on our door step. Rick’s cafe a great addition. Friendly staff and clean rooms. "
"The staff was, by far, the best reason we enjoyed our first ever stay at the Iroquois. From the fun conversation at morning breakfast, to the attention of the front desk and the door person knowing that it might rain and offering an umbrella for the walk to our show. (Yes, it rained and we stayed dry). We even got a suggestion for really good pizza, John's Pizzaria of Time Square. It was definately better than any of the small shops on 8th. We even got a coupon from the hotel. Loved it and...
"The service was excellent. One day they forgot to clean out room but the reaccions of the team was very good and professional.
The only bad thing was the noise from the street. I think that there was a building close by in construction.

"We would give the Langham and their staff a 100 stars if that was available. Every member of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The front desk staff person who checked us in was incredibly kind by upgrading us to a junior suite after inquiring about our 20th anniversary stay. The junior suite was absolutely amazing front the views to the enormous bathroom with soaking tub to the most comfy bed. The room had everything you wanted or needed.

"This may be one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I have traveled a lot! If you are looking for roominess this is not your hotel. However, the room itself was stunning from the velvet head and sideboards to the remote controlled black out shades to the stunning tile and brass features in the bathroom - the whole atmosphere is top notch. The rooftop bar has an incredible view and great vibe. The location is fantastic being right around the corner from Times Square and many Broadway...
