Big problem: drain pipe directly under the stopper needs to be scrubbed or replaced. Every time I ran water, fumes from mold or mildew came up. Suggestion- you need to make wider bathtub nonslip strips. I tried to buy bottled water with my credit card- I tried several- but they were all out. "It’s was 90 degrees and the pool was closed for renovations even though the website promised it would be open a week ago. A horrible surprise was the gym was closed as well. Stayed for three nights and was looking forward to working out everyday to relieve stress. Spoke with 3 staff, none were willing to do ANYTHING to remedy situation.
