"Hotel is lovely, such a beautiful old building but rooms are modern enough. The reception staff and especially the waiting staff were beyond helpful and friendly. The bar staff in the evening were patient (we had a big group) and thoughtful, we really appreciated it. Would definitely recommend staying here"

Never in my worldwide travels have I encountered a hotel without a receptionist or an attendant.
