The comfortably furnished studio has a bedroom with an integrated kitchen, bed and private bathroom. It is located in the city center of Innsbruck. Fully equipped, kitchen incl. Dishes, cable TV, internet, towels, bed linen, Nespresso machine. Washer and dryer are in the house and can be used at any time for a fee. Parking space booking possible for a fee.
Garden with outdoor pool (approx. April-September) and stone grill accessible to every guest
Motorway arrival and departure possible directly. Shopping center, hairdresser, fitness studio, bus stop, Hötting train station in the immediate vicinity.
University clinic, university, wifi can be reached in about 10 minutes.

Ekelhafte Schimmel Wohnungen mit Sperrmüll Möbeln

„Die Wohnung war stark verschmutzt, mit roten und dunklen Flecken auf Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, Schimmel am Fenster, stark abgenutzte verschmutzte Möbel und anhaltendem Rauchgeruch – absolut unzumutbar und gesundheitsschädlich. Der Gastgeber war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts nicht erreichbar, trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche per Telefon, Chat und E-Mail. Der Kundenservice von FeWo Direkt hat mir auch nicht ansatzweise weitergeholfen für die war Schimmel vollkommen inordnug und kein Grund für Rückerstattung oder Entschuldigung. Nach dem ersten Tag habe ich eine andere Wohnung im gleichen Haus angeboten bekommen dort war das Problem exakt das gleiche. Nie wieder fewo direkt oder boardinghouse-innsbruck

The checkin process was a not as they described in their emailed instructions because our envelope with the check-in materials were not in the safe box. We had to contact the manager to finally get our keys and material. The property was reasonably well located but a little farther from the town center than expected (a 30 min walk).Unfortunately the apt we occupied could not access wifi until the third day when the manager Simon brought us a wifi booster. Not everything listed on line was in the apt so we had to request them with the hair dryer being the most important. Simon was very helpful for all our requests which was the best customer service which is why the overall rating is a 4.

Unzumutbar dreckig, Einrichtung mangelhaft

Nach einer Nacht habe ich dieses unappetitliche Appartement verlassen. Die Dame an der Rezeption erklärte mir auf meine Beschwerde, ich könne für den Preis nichts besseres erwarten. Über diese Frechheit war ich entsetzt! Ich habe die Vermieter per Mail angeschrieben und mein Geld für die 4 bezahlten Wochen zurück verlangt. Aber noch nicht einmal eine Antwort bekommen. Das ist äußerst unhöflich! Dass Ihre Agentur sowas vermittelt, konnte ich kaum glauben, es spricht leider sehr gegen Sie und schadet Ihrem Renommé. Es würde mich versöhnen, wenn Sie zügig für die Rückerstattung meines Geldes sorgen! M. Kayser-Häußler

Perfect location and friendly staff

It was located in the perfect place so that you could walk anywhere in Innsbruck from it. Also the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Monthly Stay

I stayed here for a whole month while I went to school. It was a very easy check-in and check-out process. It is also located about a 20 minute walk from old town, which is not bad since you have amazing views and walk next to the river. I had issued with the payment but the owners were understanding and they helped me out, it would have been a different situation if I had a shorter stay but I dont think they will have that problem anymore (I think I was the first person to book through Vrbo). The hallway did smell a lot like cigarretts, not very pleseant. Overall its a good place to stay if you're just passing by.
