Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook
"We were placed on the 5th floor, elevator broken. Had to use fire stairs and carry our lugagge 5 flights up. When asked about any compensation our request was declined. We were told that the elevator was going to be back in ordef at least in 3days."

Spacious 5BD 5.5BA house in the Heart of Richmond
"House was very spacious and clean and good for large groups. Beds were comfortable.Negatives were location next to train tracks, parking alley was overgrown and unkept.
