"I booked 3 nights at this boutique hotel for my wife's birthday. We were delighted. Everything was perfect. Our room with a jacuzzi on a private terrace was magnificent. We received a personalized welcome with champagne. This boutique hotel is ideally located if you want to enjoy the old town on foot. Once again, it was fantastic."

"Hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Staff is highly caring for their guests. Breakfast is freshly made (Mediterranean style). Hotel is well accommodated for babies. Staff brought a baby cot in our room and provided a baby chair for seating baby comfortably during breakfast. We enjoyed our time at Allegory Boutique Hotel! Thank you for your great service!"

"it was a pleasure to stay at the property hosted by Jurgen. He personally picked us up from a hotel we had previously been staying at, and took us directly to the property transporting our luggage, which is not easy within the walls of the old town. "The staff were the best part of our stay - from Maria our waitress to Michael and others with the reception and cleaning staff, everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. For a hotel in the mediaeval old town it was amazingly lovely and large and we really enjoyed our large room, the sumptuous breakfasts and the AC!"

"A great independent accommodation option close to old town (20 min walk) with many other shops and dining places close by. Reception is not manned all the time however hotel is run by a lovely lady who proactively communicates and aims to address any queries asap. The building itself shows signs of age but rooms are kept to a good standard. I'd recommend to couples."
