However, the most egregious issue was the staff's tipping behavior. On multiple occasions, I felt intensely uncomfortable due to the visible negative reactions from certain staff when no gratuity was provided. This unsolicited pressure contrasts sharply with every other hotel visited during our US trip. Management must address this uncomfortable tipping culture immediately and consider implementing cashless tipping solutions for international guests.

Excelente ubicación, el personal no era muy amistoso, la habitación no tenia caja fuerte, no le servia el refrigerador y decia que habia maquina de hielo en el piso pero no habia.
