Fan in bedroom was very noisy so moved to another bigger room above the pub which was great apart from the late night karaoke beneath us /so not much sleep before early departure next morning. Bedrooms in courtyard more peaceful generally"

"Great little locally owned place. The food was good. The pub was great. Friendly locals gathered as well as fellow travelers. Had a great time and really enjoyed staying at the hotel so much, we decided to stay another night.
The staff was also very accommodating where they could be, although we did have a few issues. We had some trouble with no heat in our room the first night. The staff was quick to respond to turn it on that evening; however, it didn't get/stay on, so it never warmed up, and...

"We stayed here one night. The room was clean but unfortunately the lift was broken so carrying our heavy suitcases up the many flights of stairs were tiresome, but not a huge deal. There was clean and accessible drinking water near the room. The town was cute and had a lot of shopping options, though more popular retail than I would have liked. The nightlife was fun too!
