If you want to feel like you're in an old Western, park your car in Ingomar for an afternoon and just pretend you rode in on a horse or via the now-defunct railroad, the remnants of which still scatter the surrounding fields. Once a railroad stop for the Milwaukee Road line, Ingomar's population dwindled in the 1920's.
