"Perfect location on the river. This was our third stay at the property and have always loved it. Shallow area outside the house is perfect for kids of all ages. We had three families with kids ranging in age from 3-8 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We enjoyed all the water toys available. "

"We went for a girls get-a-way and found this cute bungalow perfect. Close to the Rainbow River and KP Hole. Very clean and well equipped and easy parking. Fun to hang out in the front porch. This is a great place to get to the Rainbow River. Thanks so much. "

"My family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in town for my nieces graduation from UF and stayed for a few nights to celebrate and enjoy some leisure and water activities. The house slept all 9 of us comfortably and we were able to gather around to have breakfast and lunches together. The kitchen is well stocked and with 3 bathrooms we all had our own privacy. The water toys were awesome! We kayaked and paddleboarded in the backyard and sat on the dock in the shade and enjoyed the...

"It was very relaxing. Loved sitting out in the porches and listen to the wildlife at night. Great location on the river! I would recommend eating at Swampys restaurant just down the road. Also make time to explore the river via kayak or renting a boat just down the road. "

"We have been coming to Crystal River for 7 years . We have stayed in a different place every year . This was by far our most favorite . We came with a 26 foot boat and a 21 . Plenty of room on the dock , and plenty of room in the drive way for trucks and trailers . The house was so clean , and offered almost anything you could possibly need in the kitchen .The location is perfect , and we can’t wait to come back . "

"I am honestly surprised this place was available. The description seemed too good to be true. This is a super unique and amazing place to stay. Being able to kayak down to the Springs and get there early in the morning before crowds is worth it alone. But the house is great, there is a nice little dock with a fire pit (gas) and you see mullet jumping in the river constantly. It is about a 5 minute walk to the wildlife park. This is not Disneyworld. it’s 1000 times better. I am reviewing photos...
