"This place is very clean, well kept and in the perfect location for attending World Cup games in L.A. We walked to the stadium and back. Cars trying to get to and from the game sat on the streets in traffic while we walked by.The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. She even provided several extras, like a bottle of wine and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived. The are only 2 things that might make you think about not staying in this place:1) It's not cheap....

"It's a flawless set up, especially if you fly into LAX and/or catch a game at SoFi stadium. And the host Lara is so responsive and accommodating. 100% will come back and tell everyone I know about it."

"Centrally located. Convenient grocery store options, plenty of street parking. The property was spacious, clean, had comfortable beds, large kitchen and dining room, as well as updated bathrooms. The host was friendly and very responsive. Would stay here again!"

"The house is in a quiet area and is centrally located for everything we needed to do. Parking is only good for one vehicle though do to neighbors that live in the area taking up other available spots. Overall it served our needs for the trip and I would be willing to rent again."
