"Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). "The suite has all the amenities you need and it is new and well taken care of. Perfect for what we needed for our one night stay. It is a little far out of Calgary however it worked for us and our plans! There is a great playground in the area. Nelson was a great host. "

"This place was a lovely surprise. It looked a little sketchy from the outside, but inside was very clean, with many nice touches - croissants, PBJ, a coffee grinder, great coffee maker, and all the appliances worked! There's lots of seating room, and the best TV I've seen in any kind of rental accommodation! We had one small issue (a blown breaker) that Kassa responded to right away.I'm happy to recommend this home!"

"I enjoyed my stay here very much. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, great location to wind down after a day out. Although tucked away from the busier parts of the city, getting downtown was a quick 15 minute Uber, with public transit also accessible nearby. "If you’re looking for a beach getaway, this is the place to be! The outdoor property was amazing paddle boat canoe, a dock, and even had its own little beach of sand for the kids to build Sandcastles. It was beautiful! The yard was very well maintained, and you could enjoy the fire pit in the evenings, gazing across the water! The home inside was very clean and had everything that you would need for your stay, had plenty of room for everyone. It is an amazing house.! The host was also amazing...

"I was happy to find these accommodations, as everything was booking up so fast. I was visiting town in June for 2 weeks for a school certification and able to stay in 3 different rooms in this one building. They were very accommodating and i was grateful to have a place to lay my head."
