The space
Spanning nearly 10,000 square feet across four acres, this unique estate was originally designed by an architect and land developer, blending creativity with comfort. As you arrive, you’ll enter through a private driveway, greeted by serene forest views and open skies.

✧ The indoor pool is heated year-round to 82–84°F. The outdoor pool operates seasonally.
✧ Hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge are open year-round.
✧ Children must be supervised at all times due to the pools and pond on property.
✧ No loud parties or amplified outdoor music; this home is designed for relaxation, connection, and wellness.
