Nestled within the secure and gated Indian Palms Country Club, our charming pool and spa home offers the ideal proximity for a leisurely stroll to the Polo Grounds. Home offers three private bedrooms, each accompanied by its own full bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.



The Space:

This desert property offers an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay. The backyard features a refreshing swimming pool and a relaxing spa, all set against the backdrop of a tranquil running creek. For culinary enthusiasts, the custom-built BBQ island beckons, providing an ideal spot for grilling your favorite dishes while enjoying the serene surroundings. Additionally, the open grass area adjacent to the property offers ample space for outdoor activities such as catch or frisbee.



Indoors, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and elegant granite countertops. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed along with an ensuite bathroom for your convenience. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own private full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a playful bunk bed arrangement, featuring a twin on the top bunk, a full bed on the bottom, and a retractable twin bed. The third bathroom is conveniently situated adjacent to the bunk bed room.



Stay seamlessly connected with high-speed WiFi operating on a 5G network, and indulge in your favorite entertainment via Smart LED TVs. Climate control is effortless with a Nest thermostat regulating the central air conditioning and heating. Your privacy is assured with garage parking.



The location is within walking distance of the Polo Ground event area, which includes renowned events such as Coachella and Stage Coach Festival. Additionally, you'll find a wealth of excellent dining options and entertainment venues nearby.



Should you desire pool heating, it is available for an additional fee of $75 per day, with a minimum requirement of 2 days. Spa heating is included at no extra charge.



Please note that we are unable to accommodate pets in this home due to allergies.

Clean home! We didn’t leave for anything, didn’t want to after experiencing the coziness. Pool and spa were amazing! Comfortable beds, so peaceful. My family had the best time and will be going back as soon as we can.

Perfect location!!!!

Property was exactly what we needed....simple bike ride to Coachella. Escape from the mid-day sun with a pool. And....shhhhh there is fish in the pond behind the house. Thank you for the use of your property!

We had an excellent time at the house in Indio. The communication was excellent, the layout worked perfectly for our family, and the location was convenient to many of the places we visited in the area. Hope to stay here again!

Gorgeous spot! Immaculate house! Quiet location. The hosts were helpful and friendly and responded quickly when I had a question. The house (especially kitchen) was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the pool and spa. My family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Perfect family getaway home!

The entire experience with communication from the host, to the cleanliness and beauty of the property to the checkin/checkout process was perfect. Our three daughters and two Granddaughters loved the open concept of the property where we always felt “together” in the home. We appreciated the “welcome” with the bottle of champagne and chocolates. What a special touch!! The Wi-Fi was important to us with all the kids on their devices and it worked great. We enjoyed the pool and the size of the bedrooms. Thank you for a wonderful home to host our family getaway! We highly recommend this property and host!!

Perfect quiet get away

Very peaceful! The pool was perfect. We didn’t heat it and it was still warm enough to get right in! Definitely would go back. Great for all ages, My kids are 10 & 16 and the had a great time

Not worth it

It’s a nice space, but it felt dirty - all blinds and windows had dirt around them and the exterior felt unkept - especially the pool. Though a nice property, the power went out in two rooms at different times (we had to flip the breaker), and the AC stopped at night which was terrible for June. Indio is just very far from everything so it may be a good property for a family. It wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t stay here again. On a bright side, the communication between the host was really good! That’s always helpful.

Fun in the sun!

We had a fantastic time! The house is clean, welcoming, and in a great spot! The value can’t be beat! We spent most of our time outside on the patio, cooking on the grill, sitting in the spa, and watching the birds after long days golfing. Great value, great fun.

Perfect Family Spring Break Location!

The Coachella Pool Getaway was a perfect location for our family of two adults and three teenagers. We visited during Spring Break 2022. The house was clean, well-decorated and was inviting. The large kitchen, bar style counter and adjacent open dining room was excellent for meals. The outdoor grill was used often in the evenings. All of the amenities, linens, and kitchen utensils were in great shape. The backyard pool area was gorgeous. Lush palm trees and bushes, quiet creek rolling over rocks and a mountain view in the distance. The hot tub heated quickly and the well-maintained pool could be heated in a timely manner when needed. The gated community and neighborhood were quiet and safe. The streets were perfect for morning walks. Mario was professional, helpful and responsive to our questions. -Tammy, Iowa

Amazing home and wonderful owners

Family Connection

3 families, arrived from 2 different states to attend a Palm Springs wedding, postponed a year due to COVID. This VRBO provided the perfect venue- bunk room for kids and Granma, 2 bedrooms with baths for parents. Very clean and family friendly! The pool & hot tub were fabulous! Outdoor dining was awesome, including entertaining additional family!! Communication with the host was easy and positive. What more can I say??
