  • A stylish 3 bedroom house, great for the whole family or a group of friends. Included amenities; Multiple pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Located in the gated community of Indian Plans Country Club. Close access to golf course, club house, restaurant and bar.

    Welcome home! This stylish 3BR/2BA home comes with all the amenities you will need. All the beds feature top of the line bedding to ensure your stay is comfortable. The master bedroom includes a California king bed with ensuite and office area. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom; the bunk up has a triple bunk bed (full over twin XL over queen size bed). House sleeps 8 adults.

    The living room has ample seating along with a 65' TV. Cable and multiple streaming services available. Complimentary WIFI.

    The kitchen includes all amenities needed to make your favourite dishes. Microwave, gas range/oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender and wine fridge. Large 6 person dinning table plus bar seating.

    The bathrooms include all amenities needed for your stay. Towels, toiletries, blow dryer we've got you covered.

    Private backyard with outdoor sectional, picnic table and BBQ.

    Available to you - Multiple outdoor heated pools and hot tubs, 27 hole golf course, a fitness center, tennis, bocce ball and pickle ball courts, recreation center and bar and restaurant.

    There are 2 external cameras for security. One is located by the front door and one is located in the backyard. *note we turn the backyard camera off during all stays for your privacy.

Excellent house. Excellent host.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was beautiful, and the heated pools were awesome. The host was super-responsive to all of our questions and needs.

Perfect for walk to Coachella! Place was clean, spacious and so cute!! Host was extremely responsive and helpful. If I could snag this place again I would in a heartbeat.

Indian Palms community house

House was clean and owner Meaghan very responsive to our issues with the TV. Very relaxing month but overpriced given other very similar houses, especially since some repairs are needed—electrical and screen door to backyard.

Good place to sleep and play some tennis/pickleball

The property was as it appeared except that there were no photos of the backyard which is pretty bleak (rocks and chairs). The kitchen was good to cook in but some basics were missing ie. spatula, whisk, some other implements. Tv room was good for 2 to watch. There are bikes (which we didn’t use) that would have been handy. The property management was very responsive. The decor was pretty nice and all very clean. Good location for polo access ot the tennis tournament.

Great host and nice property. The perfect location for coachella

Very clean property. There were enough beds for al of us. The kitchen had snacks for us as well! The living room and dining area was very spacious.. we had plenty of space to eat and lounge around. We stayed here for coachella. The walk to coachell was very close, though they did close down some roads at night. I suggest you do your research a bit before to find the best and shortest route. Lastly, the host was also gracious and responsive to our needs!

Fantastic place

We had a great stay. The home is spotless and feels brand new, has everything one could need. Location is fantastic for watching tennis at Indian Wells. Many pools to choose from. The closest is quick (few block) walk. The larger pool (which was better for kids who want to really swim around) is a little less than a mile so we chose to drive. Tennis courts are there, too. All within the beautiful property grounds. Hosts were extremely responsive. We would love to come back!

Perfect clean and hip rental near Indian Wells

My girlfriends and I loved this place- close to Indian Wells Tennis garden, easy drive to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Awesome restaurants nearby and in a manned, safe and quiet neighborhood. House was recently updated and everything inside was brand new! Appreciated the supply of shampoo, lotion, body wash, trash bags, and snacks! We loved our stay and will be back for sure!

Weekend at Thermal Horse Show

This house was very thoughtfully accommodated and absolutely spotless. So much so that I found myself cleaning as I went along and taking extra care not to nick the dishes or the pots/ pans. Everything is perfect which was very surprising for a B&B. It's a very pleasant stay and Meaghan was super responsive.
