There was a little miscommunication when we got there and the house had not been cleaned, but Dylan responded immediately and the house was clean the next morning immaculately! This house is 4 miles from the Indian Wells, Tennis Center and so convenient for tennis. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Very comfortable beds and house! We will be back!!

We stayed here in late February and really enjoyed this home and all of its amenities. Host Dylan was the best! He was very quick to respond and so accommodating! Instructions were great and the place was perfect for us. We were cautious about the airport out back but rarely heard any planes during our stay. A few of them every so often for a minute or two but nothing to worry about. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back. Thank you again Dylan!

Dylan is a wonderful host. He communicated with us very well and we got to check-in early which was really nice considering we have 3 boys under 10 with us. My kids loved the pool. The bunk beds made the place feel a little more like home. The house was nice, the neighborhood is nice. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family of four. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The outdoor space was a huge highlight for our kids — relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the pool made our stay feel extra special. Dylan was attentive, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. Overall, it was the perfect place for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and enjoyed this property. We could tell as soon we walked in that pets have been here, the smell was evident. We bought a candle and it was a quick remedy. The pool and ice bath were a hit with the kids! Dylan was very responsive with any questions I had, he was great! We definitely recommend this house to others!

This home is amazing and Dylan is an amazing host! Helped us out so much. The pool was the biggest hit with all 4 of my kids. Paid the extra to heat it up during our stay and worth every penny! The kids loved it. Would book this home again when in the area.

The place was great. Super clean. Had everything we needed. Well taken care of. Check in was easy and we were able to check in early and enjoy extra time around the pool. Host was easy to work with and communicative. The only negative is that it is right next to the airport; but we didn’t mind it.

We had a good stay at this property. We had a few issues upon check-in, but the host responded immediately (he was probably the most responsive host we've ever had).We stayed on a particularly windy week, which unfortunately didn't bode well for the pool and back yard with the sand. Dylan had the pool cleaned the next day so we were able to use it for at least the day it was cleaned. The heating was great!We stayed during spring break, and assume this is why the airport was so busy. Although our little one loved it, it did cause quite a bit of noise (as did the train). Based on other reviews, it sounds like this isn't typical.Overall, the space and layout of the house is great. Dylan was a great host too.

What a great place! Super clean and beautiful house, great amenities, and everything we wanted and more.We heard a bit of traffic from the adjacent freeway, train, and airport, however this is no fault of the property or the host. In fact, Dylan was one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered with Vrbo stays - super helpful before, during, and after our stay and very responsive.

Great stay!

Good central location with easy access to all areas. Airport noise not an issue at all and was cool to see a few helicopters land. We had a couple of minor issues but Dylan was very responsive and handled it appropriately. Cold plunge tub was great especially with the heat wave during our stay. Would stay again.

Perfect Desert Palace

Fantastic base for a visit to Palm Desert / Palm Springs, impeccably clean and exactly as advertised. Well set up for a short or long stay, with all the comforts of home including the sparkling-clean pool and hot tub. Communicative host. No issues at all from check-in to check-out.
