Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

This vacation home opens to a large living room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 75-inch TCL with Roku 4K Smart television and a natural gas fireplace with a comfortable remote-controlled ceiling fan. Watch the latest sports or enjoy the PlayStation 5, which has access to an online catalog to play additional games! The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 10. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances such as a GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located across bedroom four and features a King-sized Bed, a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 65-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks. This bedroom has an exercise room with a Peloton bike, adjustable weights, two yoga mats, and a 48-inch LG TV.

Suite 2 is located to the right of the entrance doors and features two Queen-sized Beds, a 55-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.
Casita Suite 3 is located to the left front courtyard and features a King-sized Bed, a 58-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television, and a reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.
Bedroom 4 is next to the powder room and features two Full-sized Beds, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 55-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a standalone clothes hanger rod with drawers.

This property also features five parking spaces, including two in the garage, three in the driveway, and no street parking.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in all guests being evicted without a refund.

1. NOISE LEVEL: `Quiet Time` in this city is from 10 PM to 8 AM. However, `Quiet Time` in this development is effective 24 hours daily. Loud parties in the home or on the premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience to the neighbors. Due to the properties` proximity, using vile or obscene language outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. PARKING: Parking is limited to the garage and driveway. Parking at this house is available for 5 cars maximum, 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Parking vehicles on the street (anywhere outside of the driveway) is against the HOA rules and you may be fined and/or towed, although brief unloading is allowed. All vehicles must be parked parallel and not horizontal or you may be fined. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden and you may be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.

3. HOME OWNER ASSOCIATION (HOA): This property is part of a Home Owner`s Association (HOA) with rules and restrictions that all tenants and guests must abide by. Tenants agree to maintain the premises in good order and appearance and abide by the HOA rules.

4. NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $1,000 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.
