Very nice property, clean, modern, easy to book and host Val was super with communication.Large rooms, plenty for big families, the pool was in good condition. Garage space was a nice plus for parking. Nice neighborhood, gated community, close proximity to amenities, 15-20 minutes to Palm Springs.

Cousins Trip

We had a blast at the house, it was amazing. The house was everything and more! So much room for all of us and such a great community for early morning strolls! And only 7 mins from the casino! Will definitely be staying again!

Booked the property for spring break… 4 adults, 4 children. House was exactly as depicted online, new and clean! Pool was a great size for lounging and relaxing. Gated community added to safety! Owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely book this property again!

Spring Break

We had a lovely vacation. The home was clean and safe for a family. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and the adults enjoyed the wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great, in a safe neighborhood that was still close to all of the sites. The host was so nice and responsive when we needed help. I would stay here again!

I hesitate to let people know how great this place is because I want to come back and I'm afraid it will be booked up. Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The four bedrooms (each with a private bathroom) make it perfect for golf trips. Val was easy to work with and extremely helpful.

Great property and host!

We had a bunch of guys coming in for the concert at the polo grounds. The property was way better then the pictures give it credit. Very spacious for 6 adults. Pool was too notch. Cal the host was extremely helpful throughout the stay. In fact, we tacked on another night. Highly recommended!

Great Spring Break Stay

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was very clean and comfortable. The patio and pool were very nice, and being greeted by the ducks every morning was a bonus. Val was always available to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying.

Beautiful house with a lovely Pool/hot tub

We loved getting in the hot tub in the morning and afternoon. Took us a while to notice the controls on the brick fence and figure them out. Button 1 for jet, button 2 for heat and 3 for lights. Pool heating took about 2-3 hours so often we would ask Val to turn on the pool from his phone so that it was hot when we got back to the house at night. There were 3 big TVs and they all had Netflix and a few other streaming apps. This is in a gated community so very secure. All our friends names were added to the list so they could come visit and get through the security gate. Lots of ducks and Canada geese to watch from the back yard and pool. Comfy deck chairs and loungers. There’s fish in the lake and turtles too. Ice maker on the fridge. Blender, slow cooker , nice BBQ , hand mixer, dishes etc.Hand squeeze Lemon juicer, Kuerig coffee. Huge washer and dryer! Pool towels. Biggest master bathroom you ever saw!

Beautiful location, clean, very responsive owner. The pool/hot tub was awesome. Would recommend area rugs downstairs and window coverings. Otherwise very well equipped and spacious. Look forward to staying again!!
