"I loved the apartment it felt like home"

"Overall very nice and clean unit! The bathrooms were excellent. Listing says grill included but the grill is at Carlon park adjacent to unit about 10 min away. Also kitchen needs few extra items like Colander and few more pots/pans. Overall very satisfied. "

"Nolan was very easy to work with! He was accommodating to all of our questions. We enjoyed using the beach pass and pool pass. We appreciated all of the little things he has added to help make a family’s stay enjoyable! There were two fans which were much appreciated! The kitchen was stocked with all the little things you don’t know you need but appreciate having. We especially enjoyed the nice grill! Very great stay! We will be booking again soon "

"We had an amazing week! As Good as it Gets is a beautiful, well-maintained property and the location between the intracoastal and ocean is perfection. We were able to enjoy what is essentially a private beach, with amazing sunrises and shelling. The fishing off the dock was fantastic as were the sunsets. The house is definitely the most well-stocked rental we have ever had. The amenities were numerous, and as a party of 6 adults, we were very comfortable. Al was very responsive to any questions....

"The property was in a good location,plenty of parking. Very clean and accommodating for all the guests. I can’t say enough but all these properties we’ve been staying out past 4 years. I’ve been excellent thank you so much. See you again next year."

"This is a great location, convenient with a short walk to the beach (or you could easily drive) and it was also a easy drive to visit sites in the area. There are aeveral nice restaurants nearby, like the Twisted Tuna. Parking was very easy and the location was pretty quiet during the day and night. The space was clean and we appreciated the touches like liquid hand soap for the bathrooms. My one suggestion would be more than 1 handtowel in the bathrooms because it is nice to replace that in...

"Aquarius North was the perfect spot for our spring break with 3 families and 8 kids between 5 and 12. The house is a little older but everything worked well and it is amazingly stocked. The host, Al was very communicative and helpful and we didn’t have any problems. "

"Host was less than stellar with communication and everything was done by text, app. No 'instruction' booklet, no tp in bathrooms but in closet, all soap dispensers were watered down. Wi/Fi was slow and was unable to work on Zoom, etc. Was told that we used garage door opener and were charged when that was not the case. We did not have a car and one visitor used the garage but used opener in garage. Doors were sticky from lack of salt removal. "
