"We had an amazing stay! The house was clean and bed was comfortable. House had all amenities and Pier fishing was fun l.we caught some trout and a giant redfish (or something) that pulled the line. We def want to go back. "

"It was very nice ,clean, spacious,Very wasn't like the picyure but things do change All in All we had a Great stay.. "

"We were house hunting in Victoria, wanted to find a quiet spot to relax, but close enough to Rockport to go for dinner, etc. This small cabin was perfect for my sister and I with our small dogs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and there were thoughtful touches here and there. I would stay again. Thank you!"

"This was a perfect setup for our party of 3 different couples. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and gather as we needed. The inside was unexpectedly new and modern. I had asked for an early checkin but the owner said the cleaners would not have enough time and I'm so glad we waited. The place was spotlessly cleaned when we checked in. We will definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Golf cart and big fenced backyard for one smaller dog make this a PLUS! Easy communication w owner, house is very comfortable, excellent location. Kitchen could be more organized and showers more uniformly stocked, each was hit or miss w soap body wash etc so I’d suggest bringing your own, and housekeeper needs to check closets for dirty towels etc, otherwise a great place for the price. Bring your own beach towels, but I think site mentions that (We brought our own) would def stay here again....

"Clean and really enjoyed the large parking area. Was perfect for a weekend fishing get away with friends. Mattresses in guest room were not very supportive but otherwise the property was comfortable. "

"Always love staying at the round house. Owners are very nice and friendly. Place is great for gathering and relaxing."

"We had a blast at Magnolia beach! Lots of fishing at chocolate bayou, magnolia beach fishing marina, and the port lavaca pier! Even whent swimming at the port lavaca community pool! Tonjas house is amazing, and neighbor Judy is such a doll! It was a great place to stay and a wonderful home base while we were down there having fun! Will definitely book this house again in the future!"

"We had the best time. We were able to easily launch our boat from the boat launch in the neighborhood and get into the bay, reefs, shallows quickly. Great location. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the barn decorations were adorable and a great place to hang out with family and friends. The view of the bay from the deck was perfect. We had a great time!"

"Cozy New Cabins were just what my family of 4 needed for a quick fishing trip. Hosts were great and were easy to message back and forth upon arrival. Cabin was super cute and not too far of a drive from the Bayfront either. "
