"Pool was closed. Needs updates. Our air conditioner was loud and didn't keep up so well. We had 6 rooms for our group. 2 of those rooms the air was loud and not working so good. Clean. But needs some updates."

"Lobby was locked when I arrived. They don’t check anybody in after midnight. I rang the bell several time but nobody answered. Had to sleep in my car. I requested a refund. The bathroom was small and could use some cosmetic updates- but it did the job. It has a large field area for dogs to play &/or potty. "I requested a first floor room due to my mobility at reservation and was denied at the desk. “You want the second floor, it has been remodeled and we have an elevator” The elevator was super rickety and 100 degrees along with the hallways. The room was poorly remodeled. The doors were old and scratched up. There were ash burns in our comforter and the edge of the tub. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Bagels, bread and cereal. We checked out as fast as we could and got McDonalds instead."

"The hotel was dirty, the room door did not close unless you used the bolt. Staff was rude when we asked about breakfast and no coffee. I’m surprised Expedia even has this hotel on their website!!!"

"The staff was friendly. The property is run down pool empty out of commission. Just a very old hotel. Definitely in a great area within walking distance of the downtown area. The supposed breakfast consists of a little dry cereal and bread to make toast. Butter was provided also milk for the cereal. Coffee powder creamer and sugar. So yes something was provided."

"The room was spotless clean! And hotel has ample parking spaces. Housekeeping was done daily… everyday fresh set of towels, and waste bins were emptied regularly with fresh liners plus beds were made up. Thanks a lot for being so receptive to our needs."
