Loved the place exactly what we were looking for when coming to Indy. Only suggestion I would add is a TV in bedroom and a couple of fans in the rooms. Other than that is was great!

Despite it is an old house, it was good for our 2 night stay in Indianapolis. It had the essentials and communication with the owner was easy and prompt.

Location was good, nice park across the street. The floors in dining area should be mopped but overall the house was clean. Parking available right across the street. Host was very responsive to any questions.

Great communication. I appreciated the small details that made it feel more like a home - Dunkin’ coffee, nicer towels, charmin. Had a great time and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The host truly thought of everything — even providing extras like toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Those thoughtful touches made us feel very welcome and at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The home is an older home in a neighborhood that is being renovated. The home appears to be under some renovations as well. Overall it was great for what we needed.

Perfect place to stay while attending a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Much cheaper than hotels and way more comfortable! Highly recommend!

Cute home with lots of character! The layout was great with lounge area downstairs and lovely bright and comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We loved our stay. Will surely miss sipping coffee on the porch. The owner was also easy to reach which is great. Surely recommend the home.

We had a great stay. The house was pleasant, spacious, and in a great location near downtown with convenient parking. It was very clean, well maintained, and clearly prepared with guests in mind. Check-in was easy and everything was hassle-free throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.
