The house is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful houses around. However, don’t go expecting to hangout out back. No outside space/furniture. Check in and out was very smooth.

The place was very nice, the steps are kind of steep, so if you’re older you might have some trouble. But we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay. Easy to find and close to reatrauants.

The check in and check out was easy. The properties' main hvac was not working. Instead there were three window AC units in different rooms to maintain temps. The hot water worked really well.

Stairs to the bedrooms were rather steep so if you have an older loved one just be aware they may need assistance getting up and down. Other than that, the house was clean, comfortable and conveniently placed to all the fun activities in Indianapolis. The host was attentive, but not over bearing. If you’re looking for a cost-effective place to stay while traveling, this is your spot.

Cozy duplex located in a nice area on Indianapolis. Walking distance to several restaurants and short driving distance to others. Easy check in and Carolyn was very nice and had great communication with us

Property within 4 miles of zoo and museums. Nice, safe neighborhood. Great parking. Property was nice. Just need new dresser in smallest bedroom and stairs to get into closet. Couldn’t use dresser for clothing due to all 3 drawers were broken. Dresser in 2nd bedroom had one drawer that could not be used. Other than that great place to stay and great price. Had problem with toilet and owner came and fixed it immediately.

Great for a weekend in Indy. Great for any events down town. Quick and easy commute to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Lincoln Square great breakfast spot near by and some late night food options also close by. Host communication was great also. I would stay again.

House was great and worked fine for our needs. Was a little chilly but the weather was super cold at Zero degrees, Thankfully there was an extra blanket in the closet to help. Overall The house was an amazing value for the price and we all were very happy! We would definitely book again!

Great location close to downtown

The wife and i went for a supercross weekend and this place did not disappoint. Close to everything and the host was easy to get ahold of. Would definitely book again.

Close to just about everything. Great location. Great communication with host. We had a wonderful time. Will most definitely consider booking here again for future weekend trips in Indy!

I enjoyed my stay very much!House was comfortable and great space.Kitchen worked well for me: nice size work space, good size refrigerator, and I love a gas range! Bed was comfortable, large bathroom with a tub /shower option: I love a bath. I was comfortable in the neighborhood. A great value!!

Nice location, old style

Communication was great, check in easy, nice area. Only negative was lack if kitchen items. They brought us a baking pan when requested.
