There were bugs.

The bugs were bad. The bed was lumpy. The tv didn’t work used are own tv and fire stick. There were police and turmoil in the street The place cool and the shower and stove worked

Gas Leak with no response from "host"

There was an active gas leak on the property. The smell was strong outside where the crew was still searching for the source when we arrived. My concern was ignored and we had to find a hotel. Later they tried to say "it was the stove left on" but then said "we changed a valve". Theres no way I'd take that chance. I called the host several times, no answer, left a message and got no call. This isn't owned by a family its a large business with no customer service.

Horrible mattress and now the lawn so we can see holes

Overall, this stay was fair. Positives include cleanliness, great kitchen with everything you need including k-cups, creamers, various sugars and sugar substitutes, dishes, silverware, and newer appliances. The negatives were lack of electric outlets in the bedroom for 2 cpap machines and a horrible mattress on the full or queen bed. Hubby slept on the lower bunk bed and plugged his cpap machine into the bathroom outlet. I slept on the queen bed with wise as the mattress was so concave in the middle my back was killing me. I also had to sleep at the foot of the bed because that was the only place we could fit another cpap machine with a plug in. The other negative was huge holes in the back yard - one at least 12” deep that I stepped in. This could have been disastrous for me. Making it worse was lack of lighting in the back where you park as it was not mowed.

Inside is great—Outside is buggy

Everything inside the house clean, generous with towels and necessities. I appreciated the full sized kitchen appliances plus dishwasher and all were in great shape. Outside needs explanation: This house is basically a duplex, front and back—this rental is the back. It would be helpful to have a reference photo of the door which is on the side at the back. It’s most accessible when you park behind the house on an unmarked alley street. The neighborhood felt safe enough, and I felt safe to park off the alley in the gravel behind the house. However, as of April 2024 one has to walk through the grassy yard to get to the door, from either the street or the alley. I ended up with bug bites from chigger bugs (felt hours later) from simply walking through the grass to the door. A big improvement would be a sidewalk or a dry path! Inside, all was exactly as described. So except for the chigger bites, I was mostly satisfied to stay two nights in this quiet place.

Great stay!

What a great place, just what we needed. Nobelsville was so fun, we didn't even go to indy, stayed in the local area all weekend. We did move the couch around to face the tv better. And we needed a floor mat by the door (we made do). Well stocked kitchen! Great coffee supplies. Thanks!

Unclear access

The description of the property isn't accurate. They don't tell you that you have to access the home via the door on the side of the house. The front door also has a keypad. So i was there for approx 30 waiting for someone to come and let me in. My nephew finally discovered there was another door to enter. It was a hot day and i had some frozen items that suffered during the wait. The whole situation could have been avoided had the instructions been clear. The property manager was very patient with me in my frustrated state. It's a cute place. It was clean and served its purpose.
